AUSTIN, TX – Dec. 29, 2016 – RxWiki Inc., a digital health company that powers the websites, mobile apps, and digital marketing strategies of thousands of pharmacies through its Digital Pharmacist SaaS platform, today announced that it has launched Patient Verified Reviews.
Patients can now rate their pharmacy after submitting a prescription refill via a website or mobile app powered by RxWiki. Unlike Google, Yelp and other online rating services that allow anyone to leave a review, Patient Verified Reviews are completed solely by actual patients of the pharmacy.
Patients are asked to rate their pharmacy for Trustworthiness, Friendliness, Speed & Efficiency, and Value for Money. They are also encouraged to leave comments. This gives patients the opportunity to directly and anonymously voice their opinions with their pharmacy.
“Patient Verified Reviews help patients voice their praises and concerns. While it is not surprising that pharmacies in our network score extremely well for being trustworthy and friendly, we were impressed that they also score so highly for being fast and efficient in addition to providing good value,” said Azim Nagree, Chief Operating Officer of RxWiki Inc.
Pharmacies inside the RxWiki network score very highly among their patients. In the categories Fast & Efficient, Friendly, Trustworthy, and Good Value, 95% of patients give their pharmacy an excellent or very good rating.
“We pride ourselves on our customer service, and it’s great to have a way to measure whether patients are seeing the extra level of attention we give to them,” said David Scott, co-owner of Scott Pharmacy. “We can’t fix anything we don’t know about, so we look forward to getting feedback on areas we can still improve.”
Patient Verified Reviews also incorporate a photograph and a personal message from the pharmacy. Pharmacies operating on the Digital Pharmacist platform can access their reviews in real-time via the RxWiki Dashboard or from within their monthly metrics review.
Of the 2,000+ reviews already submitted by patients, key themes that drive patient satisfaction include: new online and mobile tools, friendly and informed customer service, home delivery and value for money.
Sample of Patient Verified Reviews:
“Ease of ordering and delivery”
“Awesome that delivery is available”
“Remembers my name”
“They always answer all my questions”
“I like not having to stand in line for 30 minutes”
“Works diligently with my physicians to ensure that my insurance company almost always covers the cost of my medications”
“Great products for healthy living”
“Patient reviews let us see just how valuable our pharmacy delivery service is to our patients,” explained Rebecca Cable, pharmacist and owner at Hill CountryRx.
“It can be hard to explain the benefits of working with an independent pharmacy to new patients,” Sarah McClain, owner and pharmacist of Yost Pharmacy, explained. “But with Patient Verified Reviews, we can let our existing patients speak for us.”
